These are the catches guests ask for by name. Stock varies with the season and the day's haul.
- Rock Lobster (Crayfish)
Live from the tank or cooked fresh on ice -- priced keener than anywhere else on the island.
- Tiger and King Prawns
Sweet, firm, and nothing like frozen -- available whole or ready to peel.
- Natural Oysters
Shucked fresh in the shop, sold by the dozen or half-dozen.
- Gummy Shark (Flake)
Local flake at its best -- off the boat and over the counter in days, not weeks.
- Fresh Scallops
White muscle and bright orange roe, available by the tray.
- Calamari and Octopus
Cleaned and prepped in-house, ready for the pan or the barbecue.
- Snapper, Salmon, and Whole Fish
Varies by the day -- ask the counter staff what came in this morning.
- Pippies and Mussels
Local shellfish sold by the bag, as fresh as it gets without catching them yourself.

Ready to Go
Prepared in-house for those who want great seafood without the prep work.
- Cooked Prawns
School and bay prawns cooked fresh, sold by the bag with dipping sauce.
- Pickled Octopus
A house-made favourite that turns up in a lot of shopping bags unplanned.
- Thai Fish Cakes
Made in-house with local fish, additive-free, available from the counter.

A rotating range of house-made sauces, marinades and seasonings for whatever you're cooking.
